 You plan it, I’ll execute it. This planning package is for the bride looking to dream about her day but have someone handle all of the details. I’m looking at you, my DIY-ers.

Most venues require their couples to hire a professional planner to at least handle month of coordination, and I will have you covered. In fact, I don’t think a month is long enough to help get you through those final wedding planning hurdles, so my “month” of coordination begins six weeks out.

We start with a consultation meeting when you book, so I can get to know you and your style. I’m happy to recommend vendors that I trust, so you have a little guidance as you tackle hiring your wedding team. Then, at six weeks out,

I’ll reconnect with you so that I can become the point-person for your big day. I’ll help work out your timeline, help you make last minute decisions, and then direct your rehearsal and wedding day.

Partial planning is the best of both worlds; if you want to still get to do most of the work yourself but have some guidance throughout the process, this is the perfect fit for you. I’m available to you via email, phone, and scheduled meetings to keep you on track, but you are handling the majority of your vendor meetings and decisions solo.

We’ll start with a consultation when you book so I can get a feel for your vision. Then, I can make specific vendor recommendations based on your style and budget. I’ll attend up to three vendor meetings with you to help you make sure you’ve got it all right. Beginning six months out, I’ll become the point-person for your wedding. We’ll do walk-through visits to your ceremony and reception venues, I’ll review your contracts and floor plan, and I’ll create your final timeline.

When your wedding weekend arrives, I’ll direct your ceremony rehearsal and your entire wedding day. You’ll get to enjoy all of the hard work you and I put into making your big day a dream.

Your big day can absolutely feel like that. Having a planner by your side from the beginning means that you’ll never have to plan alone and you’ll have someone helping who has tons of wedding experience. I’ll be there to make your day (and the wedding planning process) magical from day one.

We’ll start with a consultation meeting to talk about your vision and style, and then I’ll develop a mood board to help guide the design. We’ll meet together with vendors to choose your ideal wedding team, and as the day gets closer, I’ll handle all of the event and floor plan design based off of your preferences and needs.

Then, I’ll be directing your wedding weekend so you don’t have to worry about a thing! I’ll be with you at your rehearsal and dinner and the entire day of your wedding, directing vendors and making sure everything runs smoothly.
